Delayed withdrawal with Finqalab – anyone else?

Support says my withdrawal was processed on 23 July, but my bank hasn't received anything. I submitted my bank statement on 25 July as requested, and it's now 27 July with the update that they requested MCB to investigate the situation.

Has anyone experienced this? How was it resolved? Any advice would be appreciated.
