Calling all Ghevar lovers! Where can I find the best Pure Desi Ghee Mawa/Malai Ghevar in Delhi/NCR?

I am a huge ghewar enthusiast, especially Mawa and Malai Ghewar. My only requirement is that it should be made in real, pure desi ghee—not just a shop claiming "desi ghee" for marketing. I don't mind paying more if the quality is genuinely worth it.

Here's what I have already tried:

1. Chaina Ram, Chandni Chowk – Great taste, but a bit too much sugar/chashni for my liking.

2. Lala Ram Kishan Dinesh Kumar, Narela – Good taste, but again, too much sugar syrup.

3. RK Sweets, Sonipat – Really good overall.

4. Meghraj & Sons – Good flavour, but on the sweeter side.

I am looking for shops in Delhi/NCR that:

1. Actually use pure desi ghee (not just in the name).

2. Serve excellent Mawa or Malai Ghewar.

3. Have balanced sweetness and great quality.
