GX550 to Sequoia

I am seriously considering trading in my GX550 for a tree.

I do like the GX but we are looking for a little more room. The GX also seems to hold their values really well- I was offered 80k multiple times by the Lexus Dealer and even Carmax offered me 80 for a 2024 with 19k miles on it.

I am going to be looking at a Platinum trim that mostly seems to be in the 87k range at MSRP. What kind of discounts are people seeing with these vehicles? Part of my thinks it may be reasonable to swap vehicles without exchanging cash from my side.

We almost bought a TRD Pro before the GX we were on a wait list for came in out of nowhere.
