Exclamation Mark won't go away on potion shelf.

I've tried everything, closing and opening shop, moving the shelf, closing and opening the game. The Potion shelf is not o n the main part of the plot, its one of the plots that you buy in the back, it has a wooden floor, I also tried deleting and putting down the wooden floor.
