Looking for a Miracle (Brides of Lancaster County)

Is the book "Looking for a Miracle", a young adult book? The writting seems a bit childish to me. I just bought it for practically nothing at a library donation sale, but just wondering since I can not seem to find an answer to my question 😄. TIA
