Mobile Deposit appeal

In 2021 when I was seventeen I tried depositing a check sent to me and it got my account restricted because (I know better now) fraudulent. I am now working two jobs and depositing two checks when the pay period is different through in-person at the bank or atm is now a hassle. How do I word it best in the message part to increase my chances of getting it unrestricted. Should I mention my age at the time and now? That I’ve learned not to try and cash checks from strangers online?
