Has anyone else noticed how much the first hour matters on LinkedIn?

HI have v been experimenting over the past few months, and one thing keeps standing out.

When a post gets a handful of genuine likes and thoughtful comments within the first hour, it often reaches far more people than similar posts that receive no early engagement.

It made me wonder whether many people aren't creating bad content—they're just posting into silence.

To test this, a few of us started supporting each other's posts with genuine comments and feedback (not bots or fake accounts). The difference has been noticeable for several members.
