Why D4vd is to Blame and not Celeste!

1. None of any of this would have happened at all if D4vd had not been a Child Predator. He chose to get himself into this situation by choosing to take an interest in a 11 year old girl at 17. And then Started having Sex with her at 13 while he was 18. He practically abducted a child from her parents and Por swayed her to have all types of sex with him, including initial, anal, oral, and lots of other things you'd see on a dirty website. All of this with a underage child knowing FULL well she was 13 at the time. He also made her have abortions and subjected her to trauma just to protect himself from the consequences of his actions. Just this alone makes D4vd a Hard Core Criminal who is a real danger to Children all over the world, especially knowing his fan base is underage minors. (As an additional note, D4vd has at least two other female victims as well.)

2. D4vd was a very controlling boyfriend who Strongly insisted that Celeste not talk to other males. In fact, he even shared hateful memes about chopping up his Girlfriend if she talks to other guys or pouring Boiling water on her if she wishes another man a happy birthday. So, though these were considered dark humor memes, there was truth to the fact that D4vd was extremely jealous. However, whenever Celeste showed the same level of jealousy over D4vd's connections to other females, D4vd became annoyed. It was perfectly okay for d4vd to be around beautiful Hollywood women, but Celeste was supposed to isolate herself from all males for d4vd. So, when Celeste saw a Model, Aysia Collins, hanging out with D4vd, naturally she would be upset after all of the crap she listened to from D4vd about talking to other males. So she became Angry. And she said things that are bad, but not totally uncalled for. She threatened to expose D4vd and even said she'd strangle him for hanging out with Aysia, an model. Now, let's just be honest, for a minute, what woman would not want to kill their boyfriend if you thought they were hanging out with a bikini model from Instagram? So, Celeste's threats may sound extreme, but are not totally unreasonable. Celeste's threats of harming D4vd were not Literal "I'm gonna bring a gun" and then she shows up with a murder weapon. It was just a young girl talking tough because deep down she was hoping D4vd would apologize and they could work it out. Honestly, I grew up in a house where we said "I'm Gonna Kill You!" every time we got mad at each other. LOL. The fact, Celeste brought no weapons with her is proof it was tough talk and not a SERIOUS danger to D4vd. Also, the threats were made on April 22, a whole day before D4vd killed her, so Celeste had already deescalated from the previous night and D4vd should have too, so self defense in response to a text cannot be made. You cannot kill someone the next day after a threat and claim self defense. It don't work that way. Even if she threatened to murder him in the house, he cannot legally kill her if she is not physically trying to harm him. So, The self defense claims are utterly silly. Celeste Showed up Unarmed and posed no real danger to D4vd. And d4vd hiring her a uber to come over and opening the gate proves 100 percent that he was not afraid of her hurting him in any physical way.

3. After the Murder was Committed, D4vd went out of his way to hide her body and hide all of the evidence of this crime. He did not call 911. This shows that what happened was not an accident. D4vd then made fake text messages pretending she was still alive, which show calculated intent, not fear or panic. D4vd then drives to a specific location in Santa Barbara that he seems to be familiar with. This seems like a pre-planned move. Who has a Specific road corner to drive to during an accidental killing? Nobody does. D4vd had picked this place out before hand. Another thing that shows D4vd's true character is that two weeks later, he dismembered her body in his garage. This is a very gruesome thing that only a complete monster could do. A normal person could NEVER pushed to this point regardless of how angry they were. And while doing all of these things, he maintained a total normal personality to his peers and performed and acted like he usually does. The only slip ups was during performances of a sad ballad "Afterlife" where he appears to get choked up around the time of the murder. However, these emotions would be shrugged off and he continued on with his diabolical plan. He also ordered a Burn cage and Burn mat, as a way of cremating the body and getting rid of her once and for all. That does not sound like a nice person to me!

4. Every defense of his Lawyer Blair Berk comes from a desperate attempt to defend D4vd. Originally, they denied that he had any wrong doing, as more evidence would shown, they started arguing that even if he did do it, it was not premeditated. Notice how quickly they will switch their whole story? That's not honesty and it ain't gonna fly in court. And they try to frame Celeste herself as the villain. She was the aggressor or she had mental issues, while minimizing the fact that David Burke was able to take a little girl's body apart with a chain saw and not feel a thing. If that is not Mental Issues, I don't know what is. They also overlook that Celeste was groomed by this man since 11 and raped since 13, so it is understandable while this teen might have some mental issues? Maybe it's understandable that she might have some anger towards the man who robbed her of her childhood, made her perform multitudes of sex acts even when she was in pain, made her isolate herself from friends, family, other boys, made her have abortions, and still did not love her enough to not cheat on her with every girl he could get his hands on. Perhaps, Celeste had a good reason for being angry at this man? I'm not saying I approve of the things Celeste said, But I certainly don't approve of the crap D4vd did!!!!!! The fact that the defense shoes no empathy for a 14 year old girl with issues, but shows a great deal of compassion for a 20 year old pedophile, is a sight to behold. An absolute disgrace to the courtroom in my personal opinion. (Freedom of Speech)
