FIX YOUR APPS VERIZON

I wanted to use parental controls on my Wi-Fi, I look online and find I can do that by logging into the router. Oops, that feature has been moved to an app called Verizon Home. Oops that app is down for maintenance. Oops, we can't find your router that you are currently using to download and open Verizon Home.

I go to open a support ticket and submit it. Then I go to check the status, oops we are down for maintenance on status checks, please come back later.

I have been dealing with this off and on for a week. How do you not have even a half functioning app in the year 2026. At least let me log into the router for parental controls rather than making me use your app that doesn't function at all.
