How should I prebuild Jingran??

I'm planning to pull for Jingran at at least s0r1, but I kinda need help on how to build him, I've read that he works best 44111 using his own set 2pc + Crown of Valour, but how true is this and by how much is it better than using his 5pc at 43311, as well as what mainstat 4-cost I should use for 43311. I plan to run him with S2R1 Iuno (using CoV + aero 2pc) as well as S1R0 (variation) Shorekeeper. Also, what substats should I be aiming for? Is it CR + CD + HP% + HA% + ER%? Is Atk% still important for him even if he scales off HP%? Thanks a lot
