In this timeline the Haitian revolution was negotiated where Hati was administered as a no slave autonomous Colony providing a still rich colony but with free slaves making the South and and change their narrative for slavery leading to unrest by slaves due to a prosperous but free Colony right on the doorstep of the US

Napoleon Bonaparte avoids the Spanish problem by scaring Ferdinand "The Desired" by placing him on house arrest and other tactics of that sort using both of the troops and refusing to sell New Orleans or the Louisiana Territory due to his ambitions of a empire around the Mississippi River leading to a temporary alliance of convenience with Britain and a invasion of the Louisiana Territory that was propelled by forces from Haiti and the British retreating from the blockade the French in the Americas so they can protect the mainland from France as well as making the Spanish help push out the British in Belize

The Americans already weak to French sizes were disorganized due to North and South tensions furthering the power of the US in this war.

Eventually Jamaica falls to Spanish fleets and French invasions that were propelled multiple times but eventually fell to France and was split between France and Spain then against the Bahamas

The US weakened by French sponsored slave revolts signed a humiliating deal taking important ports and fortifications around the Mississippi and recognizing that the Mississippi was a French river and that American farmers and American ships have to pay a fine to use the river directly to France.

The treaty made unrest grow as the South became more militarized by what was left of the American army suppressing the slaves more making the South a heavy place of internal unrest and the South blamed the north for instability, French victory, and the slave revolts then the north blamed the south for the same thing leaving to souring tates in the mouth of both

Then Napoleon forced Spain to invade Portugal with French help making Portugal flee to Brazil as Iberia was secured but the war in South America saw a devastating win for the British backed Brazil as it took lands but it quickly became a geographical stalemate

Then Napoleon used his soldiers to stop Austria from rebellion and then marched into Russia after Russia opened the continental blockade then Napoleon with his bolsterd forces decided to wait and not rush until Moscow leading to more famine on the Russian side due to scorched Earth tactics.

After that Russia was stripped of Alaska and forced back into the blockade eventually Britain sued for peace.

A lot of Canada was stripped away including Quebec and basically all of North America and the Caribbean

The USA 20 years after the war went into civil war and destroyed the economics of both South and North leading to an agreement of peace and because it was used as a proxy war but stalemated

Eventually after winning the French empire fell and so did the Spanish leading to this modern day map after all that time.
