Feeling stuck in junior roles

For context, I’ve been in Australia for 9 years. I have 8 years in total of australian work experience, 7 years prior to that is my overseas experience. I have 3 years in project management (11 years in total incl australian exp). I got my PMP years ago yet somehow still stuck in project coordinator / pmo analyst types of roles.

Most of my managers are all happy with me but I’ve been in contract roles so promotions did not happen. My latest gig is still a project coordinator (this time around is a perm), but I feel I’m no longer a junior but also not yet more senior. How can I land a decent IT/tech PM role? I’m acknowledging the fact that the job market is tough so any gig is great).

Any solid advice?
