Paano kayo nakikipagcommunicate sa client na prefer ang exclusivity?

1st client - full time (3 months plang)

2nd client - part time (1st month plang) (prefers exclusivity once full time)

During inteview plang with 2nd client, sinabi nya hindi nya gusto may other client yung VA nya. May napatalsik na din syag VA nila before kasi nalaman nyang may other client pala. So sinabi ko upfront na may full time ako. Sa isip ko, if hindi kami fit, then move on and apply na nman. Ayoko may tinatago sa client so nung time na yun di na ako nageexpect ng email sa kanya. Though may mali din ako kasi sinabi ko na willing ko ilet go yung isa pero things happened, mas nanaig yung prinsipyo na ayoko bumitaw ng client who's been kind to me.

Pero ako yung pinili. 1st meeting, nagtanong ulit kung willing, sinabi ko ulit na ayoko maglelet go ng client. Now 1 month na ako, nagtanong ulit kung willing. Eventually kasi if I go full time, iiba/maggrow yung position ko sa kanila. Pero nothing is ever guaranteed. Businesses will change, things will change, independent contractor ako, not their employee, no benefits, etc. Even sa industry natin, this is considered business so mas okay tlaga may multiple clients.

If time will come, ano suggestion nyo, like paano ako makikipagcommunicate sa kanya? I don't want to lose both, mabait sila dalawa. Binigay ko time, effort, and trust ko sa both eh huhuhu
