TDIU question

I recently put in a file for an increase for a couple items along with some new ones. I had to attend 1 c&p exam and waited in total about 3 weeks which is when I recieved my decision letter, the process was very surprisingly fast. I unfortunately forgot to add two-three items depending how shoulders (both impingment syndome) and back pains. I put in an intent to file in April of this year and filed july, prior to this I have not been working for 2-2.5 years. I did not put in for it but TDIU was defferred. Im wondering should I pursue this because I was not working the past 2 years and during my intent to file or waive this option. I have recently gotten employment that would put me over the poverty line, but only by about 5-10k. My question is when can I file for the items I forgot to file for and should I do anything/am i able to do anything with the defferred tdiu.
