Your SaaS company name either makes you sound generic or distinctive.

Out of all the SaaS or tech company names I've seen, the most common ones ended in "ly" or "fy"…. Some examples include: Netlify, Investify, Agently, Spotify, Grammarly. But the list goes on.

If you don't want to sound like a generic tech startup, then avoid using those. Keep it short and simple. Give it real meaning if you can, something that reflects what the company actually does or stands for.

That gives you more than just a name, it gives you a concept the whole brand can build around. Long or overly clever names usually just sound like they're trying too hard.
