DID I JUST GET HACKED?

um hi guys this is my first post but i wanted to get delta for my ipad right? i saw multiple TikTok's using this website to download delta https://delta.bz/ and i downloaded it and it works really good but now im seeing that the real website is https://deltaexploits.gg/ guys did i just install malware and if so how do id get rid of that kind of thing
