Fee Refund in IPU

Ok so I might get a seat under DU ECA quota but idk when they will share the marks or when I will get the seat and here in IPU I got VIPS BBA, i paid ₹96000 in the first round itself and i've been floating my seat since round 1 as I have been waiting for results and today i saw the ₹76,970 rupees fee payment on vips website which has to be paid by 30th and 31st july
And the ECA results will at least take more than 10 days so what should i do, I can't take a risk of losing my seat at vips either nor i can lose my 96000+76,970

So what is the refund policy for both IPU and VIPS?
