Feel like giving up

I’m 41. I have been trying to get pregnant for almost a year and have never been pregnant. I met my husband only a few years ago that’s why I am trying for a baby later in life. I have low ovarian reserve. We have tried four rounds of IUI and nothing has worked. I want to move on to IVF but we can’t afford it. Since i am older i am assuming its my egg quality. I take prenatals and coq10 every day for almost a year and i dont even think anything will help at this point. My husband gets mad at me for being pessimistic but i feel like I am more of a realist at this point. Anyway that is just my rant I feel like I have no one to talk to about this.
