Dealing with Heartbreak

Hello, I feel so lost, I have been friends with her for 7 years, I fell in love with her, and we dated for 3 months, but she said she saw me as more of a friend, a good month of no contact and she reached out, asking how I've been. I lie saying I'm good. We started texting again how we used to and she would keep checking in if I ever went quiet. I still have feelings for her, I feel like I'm falling apart. Every time I start distancing myself she sends me a checkup text, and it hurts so much, I still love her and I don't know what to do because she doesn't love me, I thought I was starting to do better, but I feel like I'm falling apart. Do you guys have any advice or think there is hope of any kind?
