What will happen to my credit card account

So I just made my credit card payment for 900$ but I accidently used my robinhood account instead of my checking accout to pay for it the problem being the RH account closed recently. I tried calling them and they told me it was just going to be an insufficient funds error and I can pay again but the lady on the phone was like rushing me and kinda rude, has this happened to anyone before? will i get in trouble for this and close my card?
