Have you ever regretted hiring a marketing agency? Why?
I run a business and over the past few years I’ve worked with several marketing agencies.
Some were great. Some weren’t.
I’m curious:
If you’ve hired a marketing agency before, what frustrated you the most?
For example:
• No idea where your budget actually went.
• Reports full of numbers but no clear actions.
• Slow communication.
• Having to chase your agency for updates.
• Tracking issues that nobody noticed.
What’s the biggest thing you wish agencies did better?
I’m asking because I’m researching how businesses actually experience agencies. I’d rather build solutions around real problems than assumptions.
If you’re open to a 30-minute chat, I’d love to hear your story. No sales pitch. Just research.
