How to increase home screen tab item limit?

How do you increase the amount of movies or tv shows in a home screen tab?

For example, I have a tab for recently added movies, but you can only see like 16 of the most recently added ones. This is nowhere near enough. I want to adjust it to be like 999.

I already tried with Kefintweaks, and that works, but only for my local machine. I need it to work on any device that connects to my server automatically.

Don't know why this isn't an option by default.
