Looking for a trustworthy meal prep/household helper in Mission Bay

Hi everyone!
My family is visiting for a few weeks, and I’m looking for someone who can come by on weekdays for about 2 hours to help around the house.

The work is pretty straightforward:
Washing and chopping vegetables
Basic meal prep (salads, etc.—no cooking required)
Washing dishes
Cleaning up the kitchen afterward
Other light household tasks if time permits

I’m located in Mission Bay and am looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. If you’ve worked with someone you loved (or know of a great service), I’d really appreciate any recommendations!
If you’re comfortable sharing, I’d also love to know what a reasonable hourly rate is for this kind of help in SF.
Thanks in advance!
