COMELEC Acknowledgment Receipt

last year (2025), nag-register ako as voter pero this year ko lang nakitang acknowledgment receipt pa lang pala binibigay sakin, and i have to request for a voter's certificate. pwede pa kayang mag-apply kahit 'yong receipt ko is last year pa? (dated august of 2025)
