HELP with loading screen please.

I haven't played val for about roughly 6 months, and i downloaded it today. My screen has been stuck in the opening loading creen for a rlly long time. Now i did watch a few tutorials and followed everything but this issue is not resolved yet. If any of u guys have a solution i can try pls lmk. (PS my friends have told me it may be related to bios but im not sure, if you guys have a tutorial for the bios thing please do give it to me)
