Good vermicelli bowl around Orange CA

Had a vermicelli bowl from Saiga Eatery in Orange and thought it was pretty solid. Sometimes I don’t want pho for lunch because it feels like too much, so vermicelli is usually my safer pick. This one was good for a quick lunch, fresh enough, filling enough, and not super heavy. Pretty decent option if you’re around Orange and want Vietnamese takeout without driving all the way to Little Saigon.
