Any tips or tricks?

July has been the worse month for my business ever with only 11 leads for the entire month. I was recently targeted and review bombed by three similar accounts (who I believe were the same person) within the span of a week. My account hasn’t recovered since. I currently have a 4.3 rating because of this.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks to help improve views and messages when something like this happens?
