From Trinoma to Holy Cross Memorial

Just wanna ask how to get to Holy Cross? I just remembered that last time we went there, we took a bus from memorial then took off at Trinoma. Now, I just don't know how to get there alone. Is there some bus or jeep in Trinoma and would it pass directly at Holy Cross or do I need to take another jeep or something
