Does credit issued by AMEX count against SUB spend?

I am seeing mixed answers online, so I want to confirm here.

Say if I spend $150 when dine with resy, later received $100 back as credit. Is my spend $150 or $50 when calcuating the SUB?

The term didn't say credits are excluded, anyone have crystal ball on this?
