Help with Several Aggrevate Team building questions.

Builds

So I pulled Tignari on standard recently, and since I was creating a ketching aggrevate team, and it seems Tignari is somewhat comfier and easier to build quickly, (between starting relatively recently and taking a break, my account is truly in a state to behold) I have a few questions.

In a team of Tignari, Fischl, Lisa, and Kirara

(Right now fischl is on golden troupe, Lisa is planned to run ttds and use instructors, and kirara will handle deep wood)

1:should I replace Kirara with DMC or collei, since Tignari theoretically needs shielding less than say a ketching team) and this would allow deep wood to proc far more reliably

2: I have Lisa here for def shred and buffing, but I know that sucrose gives em reliably as well, and can also run ttds if one isn't using something like sac frags, which I just recently pulled on standard

3: Should I keep fischl on golden troupe if I switch to sucrose, or would celestial gift become much better?

4: Would doubling up sucrose and Lisa be fine if I got rid of Kirara entirely, and I put Lisa on deep wood instead, which might maximize fischle damage from res shred and def shred, and make fiddling around with instructors less worrisome.

5: Since Tignari is theoretically getting em through sucrose or through instructors Lisa, is it better to run wanderers troupe over gilded dreams, or is the extra em just that valuable? If fischl does want to run celestial gift, does this devalue wandere's troupe such that gilded dreams becomes undeniably better?

6: are there any craftable bows better than slingshot? I admittedly don't expect there to be, but want to ask just in case.

My current goal is to crack 30k dps (though hopefully 40k) and be able to start clearing spiral abyss floors past the 10th, hopefully even the 12th floor

I have most of these characters in a half to nearly fully built state, so it shouldn't be too much more work to shift them in a given direction.
