OJT Company Recommendations for a Graduating BS Psychology Student (I/O Psych)

Hi! I’m a graduating BS Psychology student looking for company recommendations for my OJT, preferably in I/O Psychology/HR.
I’m hoping for a company where interns actually get to learn and apply what they studied (recruitment, training, employee relations, etc.), and if possible, one that offers an allowance.
If you’ve had a good internship experience, I’d really appreciate your recommendations. Thank you!
