Should I switch my Operator for A M4 skin?

Ive had an operator skin (seal team 6 solldier) since op shattered web but i never used it much. Kept it for value but it got stuck around $15-$17 USD for the past few months, doesn't seem to be gaining or lose value. On the other hand, i'm looking for a m4a1 skin that i found (M4A1-S Nightmare FT) and could trade it up on a 3rd party website. Should I keep my op skin or sell it?
