SREF/ document verification doubt !!

i have uploaded my documents, will they only be verified if i pay SREF right now? or can i pay SREF tomorrow as well

cause my logistics to pay might take a day and schedule says payment of SREF closes on 3rd aug 10am

will any step be affected if i wait up until 1st/2nd aug for SREF payment?

SREF- special round enrolment fee just like DEF
