Xilium Interview

I recently passed the one-way interview with Xilium and then received the invite for an interview through Google Meet. **What should I expect po ba?** I have 10 months of experience as an appointment setter sa client ko with HR, but not until I got EOS lol.

I'm well aware that mas mababa ang rate nila compared to HR, but I also read na meron silang benefits. **Is it worth it ba?** **Most importantly, toxic po ba QAs/Trainer nila?** Thank you so much
