Samsung a17 charging issue

Need help po. Bought Samsung A17 yesterday, chineck kung nagchacharge using the cord from the box and yung 'free' adapter sa Rulls. At first hindi, kasi sabi nung staff ay may sira raw saksakan nila (extension) tas lumipat sa ibang extension and nagcharge naman (actually after 3 times ata).

Tapos later at night nung ichacharge ko na, nagchacharge naman kaso titigil after ilang minutes tas charge ulit siya then tigil ulit.

Tinry ko gumamit ng ibang charger (cord and adapter) at tuloy-tuloy naman magcharge yung phone. Tried using a powerbank din using the cord from the box (type c to type c) pero di gumana, di ko lang sure kung pwede yun sa powerbank ko kaya di gumana. Then sa powerbank ulit, using my other cord na usb to type c, nagcharge naman.

So now hindi ko magfigure out kung cord ba ng samsung ang may defect o yung binigay ng Rulls na adapter. Hindi ko matest yung Rulls adapter (samsung din siya) plus ibang cord since type c yung adapter.

Help please kung pwede bang matroubleshoot ko muna bago kami bumalik sa store. Thanks!
