watch collaboration ideas?

There is a specific feature for a watch I came up with that would help me complete my work. I have reached out to some larger microbrands down to incredibly small microbrands (essentially just custom Seiko modders who make watches and sell them). I actually have gotten some positive feedback from some.

I am making a prototype with one modder who I got into contact with. I like him and I like his work, the dials he makes custom look amazing. He sells watches here and there in a country I am not from, all Seiko mods or something similar.

I am open to manufacturing with him. Likely just a few small batch orders after we discuss his supply chain to make sure everything is above board and I have his watch looked over by someone once I get the prototype. We already have a design and the watch is being made over the next week or so and then will be shipped to me.

Long term though I am interested in partnering with a full microbrand that has a little more access to full manufacturing. I am curious if anyone one here might know of a brand that could get some of this to market more easily? I truly think its a bit of a "golden ticket" idea for a watch but am just not sure how to actually get this off the ground in a larger way. If you do know of any microbrands that might be a good fit (key really is they have options to create a custom bidirectional bezel) please let me know. Bonus if you can give me a phone number of email that is actually monitored by the actua owner or someone who might have some say in this.

One caveat is I do want to bring in the custom watch maker I have been working with as well in on the project. He seems like a nice guy and has helped me in providing feedback on my design ideas, it wouldn't feel right to do this without at least giving him a seat at the table too. another caveat is I dont care personally how much percentage I make on this project. If I could even get $10 p/watch and a couple of the watches made for free I would be happy. I just think its a good idea and others will want to have it too who work in my profession.
