How is the yearly salary increment structured for Corporate Emirates employees?

Hi All, I have a question for Emirates employees.

How is the yearly increment structured in Emirates? is it performance or inflation based or even both?

If its based on performance, what is the % an employee can expect per year? same thing for inflation.
