wanted me to tie her to the bed, she read about bondage on the internet and wanted to try it out. I didn't have any of the kit, but I had my boxing wraps in my sock drawer. I wrapped them around her wrists and tied a stiff, tight knot but she complained that it hurt so I loosened it. Then I started winding the long ends around the headboard slats but she complained again of the tightness and how the cloth dug into her skin, and, wanting nothing more than to hurry through the preparations and continue on, I obliged to start over. First I undid the whole ribbony mess and then carefully mummy-wrapped her forearms together, using only the flat broad side of the cloth against skin, and then loped the lengths over the headboard in long, slow loops. I fastened the velcro, and began thinking of the things I'd need to think of to proceed again, before at once she broke free in one single fluid motion leaving my wraps dangling softly on the headboard, harmless and empty. Having no understanding of her part in my failures, she laughed and poked fun at my ineptitude of tying knots, what kind of seaman was I that I couldn't keep this catch under wraps.
