Lumpectomy recovery for hairstylist

I'm having a lumpectomy in about 2 weeks and I am a hairstylist who was wondering how much time I need to take off. I've been reading mixed things like people feel okay in a couple of days Etc. But I'll be needing to move my arms up and down and worried about the lymph node area getting irritated. Are there any other hair stylists in this group that have had a lumpectomy that could give me an idea of what the recovery is like in this field of work? Thank you kindly.
