Any solutions?

I’m playing in 1.21.1 and I have a guardian farm that connects into the nether, I made an ender pearl stasis chamber in one of the central 4 chunks. And yet, the kill chamber inside the nether does not seem to have any guardians inside.

Do I need to make stasis chambers in all 16 overworld chunks in order to make this farm work? Or is there an alternative?
