I feel the marketing of Ramayana is not the sole responsibility of Namit Malhotra, Sony & other distributors...
We as audiences can also create a lot of buzz in other countries for the success of our Ramayana.
Why not post the teaser and trailer of Ramayana in different countries' subreddits and ask them in their language whether they know about this upcoming movie or not?
Guide them with answers based on the curiosity and questions they ask... If their mods remove the post, no issues, at least we tried. But if it generates a craze, a lot of people will get to know about the upcoming film of Ramayana. And the craze and anticipation will be organic...
I don't know whether this will be the right thing to do, but at least we can try this strategy in those subreddits of those countries where people may know about Ramayana, like:
Movies
- r/movies
Fantasy & Epic Stories
Religion & History
Cinema by Region
Country Subreddits (where the Ramayana is culturally significant)
- r/Nepal
- r/laos
General Discussion
- r/CasualConversation (if framed as a discussion, not advertising)
- r/boxoffice (release and box office discussions)
Trailer & Entertainment
If we put effort into marketing of Ramayana, maybe the world will notice us...
And seeing our effort maybe Namit also take notice and put in more effort in Part 2 seeing how much Indians value his movie...
I am saying it again, it's not Namit Malhotra's Ramayana, it is our Ramayana too... Why not do everything that is possible from our side...
Can't say about other social media platforms, but marketing on Reddit is at least in our hands... We can do it...
Just need a slight push and little time from the community members... And I am not saying to spam it in one go... Take time with the responses and then decide...

If you feel potential in this idea, then do make this an important objective of this group.
And guys, what do you think?
