Help if you can please Relic Moon Set Armour

So, I need help if you can give me council with this. I know where to find all New Moon relic parts, the thing is that I left the new moon parts on their respective chests. The problem is that the trousers are not on their chest anymore, instead of what I have there is a lesser Morana runestone which is weird because I know that I only left all the parts on purpose. Is this a bug or is there a way to fix this?
