once again, pity 82. should i still go for her?

so once again my first char pulls always comes around 80-90. for a1+ i always get them on around 20.

so i spent nearly 6-7k annulith to get her but pity is 82 rn.

i was so excited to get her after shinku it was all planned but now i lost my spark.

should i wait for 1.3 or do you really think getting Iroi is a game changer?
