Help! Starting Small Business in Wa (King County)

Hi everyone! Me and my partner are both artists and have been considering starting a small business/public area vending booth in the Seattle area, but we are both new to this and need some help figuring out what steps to take. We mostly sell handmade jewelry, stickers with our original art, paintings, and various 3-d printed doodads modeled ourselves. I know in order to vend in public we need a King County business license. However I am unsure if starting an LLC is necessary? This is mostly a side hobby for us, and we don’t for-see making a significant taxable amount from our sales. My main question is, in order to set up a booth or tent to sell art in Seattle, what would be the necessary legal steps to do so? This is my first time ever considering this stuff so I apologize if my take seems dumb or silly. I appreciate any help, and please ask if any clarification is needed!
