Help with understanding my blood pressure issue

Hello everyone so I am a 32m obese man i weigh 114kg anf am 170cm tall. Ive got mdd gad adhd. Barlow syndrome.

I take venlor, fluoxatine, vyvansevbilicor 10/6.5mg, lorasepam as needed. At night i drink 5mg olanzapine and 25mg dopaquel/seraquel. I do not use substances besides nicotine pouches and on rare occasions thc edibles (which ive noticed also shoots my bp up)

So my question is how does a normal blood pressure spike when eating food looke like or around stress or substances.

I went to a cardiologist and he just states it's anxiety and adrenaline that shoots it up but im goiung through a calm period so how is that possible.

Sometimes if i eat something with processed salt doesn't matter if it's one hot dog. My blood pressure will sky rocket from 130 to 145 or even up to 160. Diasystolic would go from 80 to 95 to 100. Highest ive seen is 110.

This just happening from eating a hot dog? Is that possible. And it will stay that high for the rest of the day and sometimes even the next day.

Ive come to the point of eating lean meat i dont eat much veg but do eat fruits. And carbs which im aiming to drop. Also a lot of fish.

My excercise routine is absolutely ass im not going to lie. Im not active at all besides for walking in a mall or something of that nature.

My cardiologist did blood work and said all my levels look fine besides cortisol is 3.2 which he doesnt like.

Honestly is this notrmal as far as high blood pressure goes? Am i just freaking out.

On occasions ill get heart pains and my home doc said it could be the barlow. Scares the hell out of me. Ive felt numbness in my left arm and if my blood pressure goes up I feel presure in the left front artery in my neck.

I honestly feel lost at this point. Yes I am aware the excercise will become the big thing for me now. But the rest of this? Anyone have ideas as to why this happens. Any insight would be appreciated.
