My GF says women flirt with people in relationships more than men do. Is it true in your opinion?

It's not a big deal, just something I'm curious on hearing from other people. She (31f) says that usually women are a lot more into flirting with men that they know who are in s relationship, than men with women who are in a relationship. I'm personally impartial and think it's somewhere in the middle.
