How to deal with DOMINA as a dps?

Hello, I played Overwatch when it came out and only now returning. Playing as a Soldier main (basic, I know) currently stuck in high silver/low gold. The thing I see is that whenever enemies are losing their tank switches to Domina and basically it’s game over. She has a laser weapon with a hitscan, huge nades, and a shield that covers 99% of the screen. Even if I get to the highground I still can’t do shit. Tried switching to Mei, Reaper. But it’s impossible. One trick champ. I need help.
