Parking dispute with neighbour

I have a scooty and a bike which i recently baught in Delhi, so I am parking them at side of my house so when i park my scooty it comes infront of next to my nieghbour, although it it all on road just in infrobt of house. It doesnt create any blockage or any kind of problem to them in terms if accesbility of thier house gate which wide open. It is just i am parking my bike that too in eve and in night and generally it is empty in day.

Since my neighbour is not cooprative and 60 plus, he is continuesly poking and seeks way to fight.

What should I do ?

As I dont want any kimd of fight so try to avoid him. But he wants to create choas, although another person from delhi police par his/her on another side of the same person , to them he cant say a word.

And it is in colony just on raod parking
