Just won 2 VIP suite seats for the Usher-Chris Brown concert at Levi’s stadium at work. Go or No Go?

Never been to an Usher concert before or the Levi’s stadium. Non transferable tickets too, can’t sell.
I’m not local to Santa Clara so flight, hotels and meals are on my own dime. I’m on the fence.
Thoughts?
