The last 1kg: Push through or listen to my body?

I am a 38M, 185cm. Started at 90kg in February with the goal of reaching 80kg. Currently i am sitting on 80,80kg today. Its been a rough couple of months and I notice my body is starting to protest with bad sleep, stress, mood changes etc due to the prolonged deficit. The last 1kg is also notoriously stuborn. I've been swinging between 81,5 and 80,5 for nearly a month now.

I am very very close to my goal but obviously its only symbolic. I am pretty ok with how I look like right now and I am very excited to jump into maintenance and start progressing lifting weights, getting better sleep etc.

So I have a dilemma:

A: listen to my body and go into maintenance. Downside, I would not have reached my goal I set out 5 months ago.

B: Push through the last 800grams. Hit my goal, then go into maintenance. Downside: few more weeks of stress, bad sleep etc.

Maybe a third option could be a 2-4 week diet break so that is also on the table.

I would love anyone's advice on the matter :) Thanks!!
